Dawn’s sessions are individually tailored for each client’s specific needs, and often incorporate a blend of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, reflexology and Reiki. Her techniques range from deep relaxation, promoting balance to the autonomic nervous system, to deep tissue and therapeutic rehabilitation. Dawn's empathy and calming energy brings additional warmth and comfort to her sessions.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and helps to align our chakras, through light touch and gentle hand movements.

Reiki & Reflexology Mini Session

The 30-minute mini sessions of Reiki & Reflexology offer a profoundly relaxing and healing experience. Each session starts with a Reflexology hot towel foot massage, which quickly soothes the nervous system. This initial relaxation helps you reach a deeper state of calm, maximizing the benefits of the subsequent Reiki treatment. The session focuses on chakra alignment, with special attention given to areas that need it most, and concludes with a post-treatment discussion.
